We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the bus stand, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore the nearby attractions. The service provided by the staff was excellent, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly and efficiently. We were impressed by the range of amenities available in the rooms, including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a spacious sitting area. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the added touches such as the dressing area and free toiletries. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle added to our comfort and convenience during our stay. The dining options at this hotel were fantastic, with a delicious breakfast spread that satisfied our taste buds.

Despite our enjoyable stay, we did encounter a minor issue with the lunch and dinner room service, which was not up to par. However, this should not deter families from choosing this hotel for their stay.

The New Year party was great, with lively music and a good buffet. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the room, as it was situated in a prime location near many popular attractions. we appreciated the variety of basic toiletries provided in the bathroom.

The room was not adequately cleaned, with clearly visible dirt and grime on various surfaces. Further, the balcony was shared with the neighboring room, which felt insecure and compromised our privacy.

Just near the bus stand, this hotel has clean rooms, ample parking and good breakfast. The staff is accommodating and the hotel is well-equipped.

It was all superb.

The hotel was located in a great spot! We were close to all the main attractions and had a lovely view from our room. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, the bed was very comfortable and we were provided with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.

We were disturbed by noise from other guests during our stay. There were a few groups that were drinking and playing music outside their rooms late into the night. We had to call reception twice to ask them to intervene. Additionally, the hotel could improve on their communication as we were not informed of certain rules and policies that would have been helpful to know beforehand.

The location of this hotel was amazing and made it easy to explore nearby markets. being right next to the Farmhouse Bistro was fantastic for dining options. the rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well-maintained. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

There could have been more options for lunch/dinner besides Italian cuisine.
